ON BOARDING
AcChain is a hyper-ledger fabric network that relies on a governance model which defines technical and regulation aspects behinds its operation and utilizations. Hence, adding an institution or organization to the network follows a step by step
on boarding approach
General On Boarding Approach
On Boarding Hardware Requirements
Each institution or organization wishing to participate in AcChain and benefit from its operational modules should maintain the following hardware components
- Web/backend node: Each participating institution needs this component to host the web/backend applications, PII data and credentials.
- Peer node: Each participating institution needs this component to participate as a member in the DLT network. This node will act as the endorser and validator of the transactions and blocks.
- Orderer node: At least one orderer node should exist within the entire AcChain network. However, it is more reliable that each participating institution has its own orderer node. This node is responsible for packing endorsed transactions into blocks, distributing and synchronizing blocks between all peer nodes.
